Prior to Jean-R.Talbot's successful career in the Real Estate industry for the last several years, he had extensive experience in the Hospitality and Resort Management field in many Caribbean countries such as Venezuela, Cuba, Jamaica and Mexico, as well as Canada and cruise ships. Jean's transition from the Hospitality and Resort Management field to Real Estate was natural and easy, since his training and orientation has always focused on excellent customer service, integrity, consistency and reliability. Originally from Canada, Jean has called Puerto Vallarta home for 16 years. He is passionate about architecture, art, traveling, sailing and food. He is fluent in French, Spanish and English.

From Victoria, Canada, Leanne attended the University of Victoria and earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in International Business, studying in Hong Kong along the way. Upon graduation she moved to Shanghai, China where she worked for Microsoft. While she has diverse work experience in hospitality, accounting, sales, marketing and recruitment, her strong customer service focus, attention to detail and sense of humour are what really set her apart. The daughter of Realtor parents, Leanne learned firsthand the value and importance of putting clients' needs first. Estelle first got her Real Estate license many years ago in her hometown of Washington, DC, continuing in Aspen, Colorado until she and her husband decided to make Puerto Vallarta their permanent home. Estelle is a 20 year resident of Puerto Vallarta and a proud property owner there. She and her husband traveled extensively; they enjoyed many exotic places, but truly wouldn't trade any of them for the lifestyle they live in Puerto Vallarta. Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Marie first travelled to Puerto Vallarta over 15 years ago. It was love at first sight! After a few sacrifices and years of planning, she permanently established herself in this magical town that she calls her "joie de vivre"! Marie obtained her Real Estate Agent Certification in 1999 - she then joined the Sutton team in Montreal where she enjoyed great success. Marie has over 15 years of sales and customer service experience in Canada and Mexico. Her experience in working as part of a team, as well as being responsible for her own individual results, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, has prepared her for both leading and supporting roles with the Rivera Cuale development. Born and raised in Puerto Vallarta, Zennia brings a wealth of knowledge of the Bay of Banderas area to the team, as well as years of experience in the fields of real estate and real estate development. She majored in Communications at the Technologico de Monterrey University of Guadalajara and then returned to Puerto Vallarta to work at developer Habitat Vallarta in the planning, development, urbanization and sales of several local colonias (neighborhoods). She prides herself on her integrity, professionalism, sense of humor, and commitment to her clients.
