A Taste of Mexico in Review – November 29th at Rivera Cuale

It was another beautiful evening on the riverfront at Rivera Cuale on November 29th as we joined with El Arrayán restaurant to host the Taste of Mexico event. The professional wait staff whisked drinks and freshly made appetizers to the tables as guests socialized by the pool. Next came dinner, Cochinita Pibil – slow cooked pork leg, then dessert, Dulce de Camote – yams with dark sugar and cinnamon.

The evening was accompanied by the live music of Los Frixoleros and a Veracruz dance performance by Lilly. Over 80 guests including many of our Rivera Cuale owners attended, making the evening a great success.
