In an effort to contribute to the local community we organized a workshop for the kids of our neighborhood. The goal of this event was to communicate the importance of taking care of the environment and of this very special area of town. In this event we had 35 participants from our area ages 7-14. During two mornings, the children participated in a series of workshops and activities using digital cameras and handcrafts as a means to gain exposure to the central topic. Their work was presented at the cocktail party reception of our model unit and called the attention of many of our guests. The event was featured in several newspapers.
