Since the beginning of construction over a year ago, our sale prices have been increasing conservatively. Now that we are approaching delivery and we have fewer units available, prices are again on the rise. This is a good sign that interest in Rivera Cuale remains strong. Free Concert
We are excited to share some really big news with our friends up north. As a gift to Puerto Vallarta, Alejandro Fernandez, international singing star and unofficial “Ambassador of Tourism for Jalisco” (our state) has invited many superstar Latin American performers to join him in presenting a FREE mega concert at the Los Arcos Amphitheater on the Malecon, in the heart of Puerto Vallarta on June 20. Fernandez wants to send a positive message to the world that Vallarta is safe and healthy and still the best beach resort around. Vallarta’s Magic
This is the beginning of the MAGICAL DAYS of June with the greening of Vallarta. If you’ve never experienced this metamorphosis, it is something really special to watch and celebrate. Much like a rebirth, in a matter of a few days those brown hills become lush verdant emerald. We’ve had very little rain yet, and as usual everyone has their own prediction as to when it will really come down.
Fun and Games
Rivera Cuale wants you to join in on the fun with a little guessing game. The objective is to be the first person to correctly predict which day in June gets the most rainfall. The winner will have the choice between one of the following two prizes:
