Latin rhythms were in full hip-moving swing on a fun, tropical evening at Rivera Cuale. About thirty dance-inspired attendees arrived to learn the fundamentals of salsa dancing. The night kicked off with refreshments and relaxation at the poolside with the beautiful Rio Cuale and cool breezes as the backdrop. One, two, three, pause four. Five, six, seven, pause eight. These were the common phrases used to motivate the hips to move as participants of all ages attentively listened to guided techniques taught by local instructors Roberto Villavicencio and Marcella Castellanos.
Thank you to all the attendees, whose entry fees were pooled together to form a donation of $1750 pesos to Pasitos de Luz, a non-profit organization in Puerto Vallarta benefiting children with disabilities.
